Insurance
Green Pharmacy is unable to bill insurance for the COVID-19 test. You are responsible for researching what information you need from us if you are submitting for reimbursement from your insurance company.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 24 hours or less before your appointment are non-refundable. Cancellations greater than 24 hours before your appointment receive a 50% refund. No refunds for missed appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it is considered a missed appointment.
